Canada seems to be making it's mark early on in the IIHF this year. With an all-time 20 wins in a row record, and 2 shutouts in 2 games, they're lookin' good. Despite a few sloppy moments throughout the games, they've all played quite well. Not to mention the practically perfect defence AND goaltending. I'm so proud!

Saturday Canada faces off against the always challenging Team Sweden, and I'm looking forward to it. Our little Canucks will need to step it up a notch to beat these guys!


^Julius Hudacek is a wicked goalie ... I don't know what it is about Slovakian goaltenders... I just love 'em ;)

Wow, the Lightning were awful last night! At least your team got a victory out of it. The Lightning fans they showed in the stands looked really depressed!
